Mr.Shah is a global-minded, purpose-driven business leader and member of the Executive Committee for Pehal Group of Companies, most broadly-based Conglomerates. He has been the managing director with an energetic attitude and changing set of opinions for more than 10 years now. Mr. Shah holds numerous years of experience in mining and petrochemical industry. He has also successfully produced small fabric units. As he is involved in variety of growth, strategy and performance improvement projects, he also sharesinterest in Entertainment industry by producing Movies and TV Serials.
In 2016, Mr. Sanjay Shah founded Pehal Life Sciences Pvt Ltd and launched Forever v Care in 2020 which deals in Medical, Fitness and Derma products. Being a global minded person, he believes In expanding the business base internationally and attracting worldwide audience. After being shifted his focus more into Health Sector and Social Work, Mr.Shah has helped aspiring entrepreneurs to successfully launch their enterprises.
As Pehal's MD, Mr.Sanjay’ss priorities have been to preserve Pehal's strategic growth, define and execute Pehal's roadmap to retain momentum in home markets while growing its footprint in other regions, consolidate its core focus areas, enhance capabilities, and construct the right organisation.

Commencing her career at the age of 18 as a sales assistant to now, presiding over directorship, Mrs. Gauri Kadam possesses an intensive career in business and entrepreneurship spectrum.
She has built and nurtured corporate level relationships through various engagements across diverse teams, implementing solutions and closing new business opportunities. Over the years, she has led and monitored complex projects and worked cross-functionally to institutionalise long-term strategy for maximising business value, launched their IPOs and sustained scalable industrial solutions. Throughout her career, she has transitioned through Sales, Marketing, Finance, HRM and Research & Development for businesses spanning across FMCG, software, real estate, logistics and supply chain management and pharmaceutical sectors.
Being a self-made business woman, a mother of two, a Certified Children and Women counsellor, a humanitarian herself, Mrs. Gauri strongly advocates welfare of women and children. She is involved with various not-for-profit organisations working to provide education for the children and employment opportunities to the youth from underprivileged backgrounds. She has an active engagement in helping underprivileged women to establish SHGs and SMEs.

Mrs. Sanika Santosh Adhatrao
Sanika Santosh Adhatrao works as an HR Director at Pehal and is an important member of the Management team. She has a wide range of skills, including people management, recruitment, policies and procedures, training and development, and general administration. Learning & Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion are among her 18 years of HR expertise.
She has been an HR practitioner for more than a decade now and has worked with organizations like EROS Elevators,Wahl India, Maitriyee IT Services and more.Since joining Pehal in 2019, she has played a key role in the organization's transformation. Over the last two years, her work with people, processes, and organisational structure has aided Pehal's growth by improving operations and launching a number of new initiatives.
Ms. Sanika has pursued double diploma in Business Management and Human Resource management from Welingkar institute and has proven to be succeeding in Facilitation of the company culture building, integration and promotion to create a happy and healthy working environment within the company.
